Sad Legend LP reissue via ASRAR

Where did you get this information? If that's an official re-release, I would buy it. But I doubt that it's official.

I read about it on another forum. ASRAR is notorious for releasing bootlegs and it was only a matter of time before Sad Legend became victim to this thief! Would really appreciate to hear what Namaah has to say about it.

I've never heard of ASRAR until today. If they are notorious for that and it's unofficial, Naamah needs to be aware of this. I think he still has copyright of Sad Legend. so he has to do something about that illegal repressing. But I'm not sure if he's still active on this scene as it's been a long time since Sad Legend split up.

Hopefully someone can reach out to him and let him know, but something tells me he doesn't really care anymore... Feels like he's dropped off the face of the earth!

ASRAR을 찾아보니 에스토니아 레이블이고 NS 계열 블랙메탈 Vinyl과 카세트를 발매하던 레이블이더라구요. 그런데 거기서 Sad Legend 앨범이 발매한다? 해머하트가 거기에 판권을 줬다? 흐음... 뭔가가 이상하기는 한데, 지금까지 나온 앨범들은 모두 Offical 앨범들이라서 좀 봐야할 것 같애요. 그리고 공식 홈페이지 없지만 공식 인스타에서 봤는데, 아직은 offical 소식은 없네요

A lot of the releases from ASRAR are bootlegs and aren't officially endorsed by the artist's, especially the artist is dead!

Oh, it must have been a professional bootleg label. By the way, all the albums released in Metal Archives are marked as Offical.

Some of the releases are legit, but a lot of them aren't, ASRAR recently repressed all the Blazebirth Hall bands albums all on vinyl which were total bootlegs and never gave ASRAR permission to release them, especially when most of the people behind these bands died over a decade ago...

ASRAR is Biggest Bootlegger. Seems its Bootleg

ASRAR은 유명한 부틀레거입니다. Blazebirth Hall 밴드들의 대량 부트레깅으로도 유명하고 이미 NSBM씬에서 보이콧중인 레이블입니다. 새드레전드가 ASRAR같은 NSBM레이블에 허락을 해줬을리도 없고 해머하트에서 판권을 샀을리도 없습니다. 해머하트에서 터무니없는 라이선스비용을 요구해서 일부 규모가 있는 레이블들 마저도 재발매를 포기한거로 아는데 ASRAR이 돈이 아무리 많아도 그걸 낸다는건 말이안되죠.

ASRAR은 자신의 발매작들이 공식이라고 주장하지만 Kristallnacht, BBH발매작들, Vothana 등등 밴드쪽에서는 부틀렉이라고 주장하는 앨범이나 머천들이 많습니다. BBH같은경우는 Yuri Vasilyev라는 인물이 고인이 된 Kaldrad의 훔친여권으로 가짜 판권 계약서를 제작했고, 이 가짜 판권계약서를 팔려고 여기저기 돌아다니다가 독일의 Hammerbund에서 이 떡밥을 물어버립니다. Hammerbund에선 사기피해를 입을 뻔했지만, 독일내에 있는 Kaldrad의 동료들이 Kaldrad의 밴드들을 독일내에서 상표권 등록해서 Hammerbund가 부틀렉을 만드는데 막아냈죠. 그 실패후 Yuri는 ASRAR이라는 신생레이블을 발견했고, 부잣집 아들인 ASRAR의 오너는 그 가짜 계약서를 말도 안되는 가격에 구입하고 수많은 LP를 만들게 됩니다. 이후 이 사실이 러시아와 유럽 전역에 퍼졌고, Kaldrad의 동료들이 ASRAR을 압박하고 Wotanjugend라는 자신들의 커뮤니티에 ASRAR을 비난하고 나섰지만 ASRAR에선 Wotanjugend측에 돈줄테니 입다물어달라는 뇌물을 들이밀었지만 결국 그 뇌물은 먹히지 않았죠. (차라리 프레싱비용 매꾸고 남는 마진은 유족들에게 보내겠다고 약속이라도 했으면 이런일은 없었겠죠)

제가 듣기로 ASRAR의 악행은 여기서 끝이아니라, 계약된 밴드들이 판매기대치에 충족하지 못하면 위약금을 요구하는둥, 밴드측에 페이 대신 보낸 카피들이 분실될경우 책임지지않고 오히려 그걸 왜잃어버리냐며 밴드한테 돈물어내라고 하는 악질중의 악질입니다.

새드레전드 1집 부트레깅 사실이 제발 헛소문이길 바랍니다.

이미 많은 ASRAR과 일했던 수많은 밴드들이 다른 레이블들로 옮겨가는데는 다 이유가 있는거겠죠. 그정도로 NSBM쪽에서도 신뢰성이 떨어지는 레이블입니다. 그나저나 ASRAR이 한국밴드에도 관심이 있는줄은 몰랐네요.
