Nozioù zo
kantmiliad a gorfoù marv
a red gant an houlenn
korfoù beuzet e-pad ken pell e buhez un den
dalc'het eo bet ganto neuz an den
daoust ma n'int ket mestr outo ken
pignat a reont diwezhatoc'h diouzh an noz
pa vez an heol gwer o tostaat ouzh strad ar mor
e kreiz an noz an heol
e strad ar mor a zo ken glas a-viskoazh
kreñv a-welc'h e dommder
evit dihuniñ ar c'horfoù
yen o daoulagad digor en ur c'hlemgan
mont a reont en-dro war o bigi noz 'n ur dremen
hebiou roudoù lestr ar re vev
dilestrañ a reont da gweladenniñ el lec'h o chomadenn marvel
korfoù beuzet e-pad ken pell e buhez un den
dalc'het eo bet ganto neuz an den
daoust ma n'int ket mestr outo ken

The Sea Spell
On certain nights
a hundred of thousands of corpses
drift in the waves
bodies drowned for a whole lifetime
they still look human but it's just a shell
they cannot control any longer
they come back late at night
when the green sun comes closer to the deep waters
at midnight the sun
at the bottom of the sea is greener than ever
its warmth is strong enough
to set the drowned bodies free from the cold death
then they open their eyes moaning loudly
they get back to sailing on nights boats
coming across the wake of the living
get off to visit the places of their mortal sojourn
bodies drowned from a whole lifetime
they still look human but it's just a shell
they cannot control any longer
