After the war의 작렬하는 기타에 몰입했다면 Still got the blues는 너무나 갑작스런 블루스로의 전환처럼 보이지만 이전 앨범에서도 간간히 느낄수 있듯이 게리무어의 음악적 근간은 블루스라 할 수 있을 것이다. 고딩때는 Still got the blues 한곡에 지독히 함몰되었는데 나이를 한두살 먹어감에 따라 한곡한곡 더 스며들었던 명작.
