각종 그들의 데모, 스플릿, 리허설, 커버 등등에서 긁어와 꽤나 희귀한 음원들을 들어볼 수 있는 앨범이다. 리허설음원과 데모트랙이 꽤 있다보니 전체적으로 많이 조악하기도 하지만 그런만큼 그들만의 핏기가 잘 스며들어있는 앨범이기도 하고 날 것의 Disgorge를 맛 볼 수 있어 고어그라인드 뽕에 취하기 좋은 앨범이다. 컴필레이션 앨범이다보니 풀로 듣기에 이래저래 난잡하지만 훌륭한 음원들을 한 곳에 모아놓은 앨범이니, disgorge의 팬이면 꼭 있어줘야 할 앨범.
