각 멤버들만의 음악색채가 뚜렷하게 드러난다는 특징을 가지고 있다. 그 중 캐치송이라고 한다면 한치의 망설임도 없이 Holcomb의 스타일인 Pale Aura를 선택할 것이다. Pale Aura 하나만으로도 앨범의 소장가치는 엄청나다고 본다.

하나의 흘러가는 영화를 보여주는 통일성보다는 각각의 진미를 담은 코스요리같은 느낌이었다. 젠같은 느낌이 덜해도, 이들이 표현하기에 젠트 이외의 요소가 필요했다면 젠트의 느낌들 덜어내는 것이 옳다고 본다. 개인적으로 이번 EP는, 굉장히 인상적인 한 획이 되었다.

각 곡마다 색깔이 뚜렸해서 골라듣는 재미가 있다. 특히 Feed the Ground 와 The Parade of Ashes, Extraneous 를 좋게 들었다.

Zero같은 곡은 Animals As Leaders나 프록메틀 연주곡 분위기가 물씬 풍긴다. Feed the Ground는 중간에 슬립낫을 듣는 느낌이었고... 정규앨범 전에 맛배기로 보여주기에는 괜찮은듯.

이들의 실험적인 EP임을 감안해도 각자 따로 작곡들을 해서인지 통일성없는 느낌이 강하면서 곡들의 완성도도 전작에 비해 많이 떨어지는 느낌이다. 또 디젠트적인 터치도 상당부분 없어져 그냥그런 테크니컬한 코어밴드 느낌의 음악이다.
