발매당시 한국계 엠버가 밴드구성원이라는 이유도 한몫 했을 만큼 본작의 인기는 메가히트급이었고 턴테이블까지 진정한 악기로써 우대받을 수 있었던 Nu Metal 밴드였다. 그래서 더더욱 구매하지 않았던 작품이었는데 언젠가 결국 구매하게 된 린킨파크의 데뷔작. 오랜시간 계속 들어도 그닥 와닿지 않았었는데 계속 들어보니 결국 괜찮아진 작품이기도 하다. 멜로디가 확실히 잘 녹아져 있고 한국계와 일본계가 협연해서 이루어낸 보기좋은 작품이다.
