British Melodic Hard Rock의 위력을 만방에 떨친 Ten은 1995년 솔로 활동을 하던 보컬리스트 Gary Hughes가 Dare의 멤버였던 기타리스트 Vinny Burns, 드러머 Greg Morgan와 함께 결성한 밴드이다. 게리 휴즈의 허스키한 매력적인 중음 보컬과 비니 번즈의 감성적인 기타 사운드가 홍일점인 이들의 음악은 청자의 감성을 자극하는 깊은 서정성을 지니고 있다. 송라이팅이 게리 휴즈에 의해 이루어지는 만큼 보컬 멜로디를 중심으로 사운드가 진행되며, 하드락적인 작법을 기반으로 하여 애상적이고 웅장하게 펼쳐지는 멤버들의 연주는 앨범을 보다 윤기 있게 만들어 주고 있다.
