USBM의 대표주자 Judas Iscariot의 마지막 스튜디오 앨범이다. 기존의 Heaven in Flames라던지 Dethroned,~앨범에서 보여주었던 "으으..멜랑꼴리하다 우울하다 어둡다" 이런 느낌보다는 "야! 마지막이니깐 존나달려!!" 에 항상 컨셉으로 잡고 있었던 misanthropic한 느낌을 더해서 거의 '완벽'에 가까운 로블랙 사운드를 들려준다. 블라드 테페즈 백작의 학살 사건에 영감을 받아서 만든 앨범이라고 알려져 있다.
이 전 앨범들에서 보여주던 Judas Iscariot 특유의 분위기가 잘 녹아들어 있는데 사운드 자체는 더 헤비해져서 돌아왔다는 점이 개인적으로는 가장 큰 장점이라고 생각된다. Swansong이라는점이 아쉽지만 계속적인 앨범활동으로 ugly해지는 여타 밴드들보다 이렇게 한방 크게 때리고 가는 것도 괜찮은 것 같다
