Agrimonia 의 음악에는 단순히 하나로 정의될 수 없는 특징이 있다. 포스트메탈, 슬러지메탈 특유의 질척임과 끈적끈적한 리프를 뼈대로 하면서도 둠메탈의 느릿느릿한 진행, 곳곳에 앰비언트의 느낌을 풍기면서도 그루브메탈을 연상케하는 흥겨운 리듬까지 들을 수 있다. 얼핏보면 이게 무슨 잡탕도 아니고 죄다 섞어놓아서 무슨 음악이 되겠는가 생각할수도 있곘지만, 그 내용물을 들어보면 속이 아주 꽉 찬 돌직구에 한 대 얻어맞은 느낌이 들 것이다. 10분이 넘어가는 대곡이 위주인 음반이지만 결코 질릴 틈이 없도록 청자를 들었다 놨다가 헤비한 리프에 몸을 맡겨 흔들다 보면 금방 한시간이 지나가 있을 것이다. Isis, Mouth of the Architect, Rosetta, Cult of Luna 등의 밴드를 즐겨듣는 리스너라면 한번쯤 체크해볼만한 작품이다.
