전반적인 멜로디 라인은 괜찮게 느껴지나, 흥을 깨는 듯한 드럼 소리와 장르를 의심케 하는 코러스 부분이 귀에 거슬린다.

Fínov Brymir som doteraz nepoznal, ale na základe novinky si chcem postupne vypočuť ich celú predošlú diskografiu. Hudobne kombinujú Melodický Death Metal s folkovými prvkami, celkom slušným growlingom, ktorý je doplnený o kvalitné melodické refrény a hlavne výborné melodické zborové viac-hlasy.

album is quite varied in style, while combining Melodic Death/Pagan Metal with occasional Symphonic parts and it is all supplemented by norse mythology. There are significant contrasts between the hardness/aggressive side and the melodic/folksy acoustic or choral part. The main focus remains quality songwriting with affinity for folk melodies and expanding upon them with an intricate mixture of arranging and genre splicing.

그룹로고와 앨범커버는 블랙메탈 스타일이지만 개인적으로는 Trivium과 유사한 느낌. 메탈코어를 기본으로 그 위에 포크, 슈게이징이나 엠비언트, 파워메탈 등등 다양한 요소가 첨가되는 듯하다는 인상. 덕분에 곡들도 다채롭고 여러모로 단점을 찾기 힘들 정도로 완성도가 높음.

전체적으로 너무 과한 블래스트 비트, 혼자 가볍게 붕 뜨는 느낌의 드럼이 흠이었다. 특히 4, 6번과 같이 기타 멜로디는 수작이지만 드럼 때문에 곡 전체가 난잡해진 케이스가 대부분이었다 생각. 드럼이 너무 취향이 아니라 그것만 놓고 보면 75점이지만 멜로디 라인은 좋았던 곡이 많았기에 +5.

어느 한 트랙만 꼽으라기에 애매한 앨범이다. 물론 좋은 의미로. 한 트랙을 듣기보단, 앨범을 통으로 듣는 게 훨씬 좋고, 그렇게로만 감상하고 싶다. 전작들보다 훨씬 퀄리티 높은 수작. 밴드의 방향성이 쭉 이 앨범 같으면 더욱 훌륭한 밴드가 될 것 같다.

전작의 연장선에 있는 천상계 메탈? 느낌의 작품이다. 유려한 멜로디를 넓은 공간감으로 탁월하게 표현하고 있으며, 후렴부분에서의 적극적인 코러스 사용 또한 앨범의 전반적인 컨셉을 잘 살리는 한 수인 것 같다.
