Carcass의 역사에서 다시 한번 놀라운 앨범이 나오기 직전 발매한 EP앨범으로 영원한 Carcass의 Killing Track인 Melodic Death Metal 곡 "Hearwork"가 처음 공개된 앨범이고 나머지 두개의 Track인 "This Is Your Life"와 "Rot 'n' Roll"은 Melody가 조금 묻어나는 Death 'n' Roll곡으로 Riff들이 너무나도 신명나게 잘 짜여져있고 흥겨운 Rhythm의 구성인 곡들이다. 모든 곡들이 Killing Track인 완벽한 EP앨범.
