개인적으로 스플릿 앨범들은 풀로 한 번 들은 이후 좋았던 밴드만 따로 듣거나 별로면 안 듣고 말거나 하지 다시 풀 앨범으로 듣는 경우는 별로 없다. 비슷한 장르가 모여도 밴드별로 색깔이 있다보니 분위기가 깨지는 느낌이 든다. 앨범 여러개 모아놓고 곡 단위로 랜덤재생 틀어놓은 기분이다. 근데 이 앨범은 여태 들었던 스플릿 앨범 중 유일하게 풀 앨범으로 들어도 어색함이 없었다. 비슷한 톤에 비슷한 곡 분위기와 엽기,조악,지저분한 컨셉도 동일하다보니 흥이 깨지지 않았다.
지저분하게 밀고 나가는 멕시코의 유명 포르노/고어밴드 Fecalizer가 지저분한 분위기를 적절하게 만들어 놓아 이후 Paracoccidioidomicosisproctitissarcomucosis와의 자연스러운 연결을 주도한다. 중간에 carcass 2집의 첫번째 트랙인 Reek Of Putrefaction 커버곡도 들어볼 수 있는데, 원래 조악한 carcass이지만 더 조악하고 더 엽기적으로 커버를 했고, 개인적으로 원곡보다 이쪽이 더 좋았다.
Paracocci~는 평소 잘 사용하지 않는 보컬스타일을 사용했다. 원래 엽기적인 보컬이 조악한 이들만의 매력에 딱 맞아떨어지는 보컬이라 생각했지만 이런 스타일의 역겨운 느낌의 보컬도 너무나 잘 받으니 새롭고 황홀했다. 평소 보여주던 모습에서 엇나가지 않아 좋은 밴드이다.
