메탈밴드의 핵심이라고도 할 수 있는 보컬의 교체와 동시에 대폭적인 음악 스타일의 변화가 있었던 앨범. 그 변화에 걸맞게 밴드가 상당히 심혈을 기울여 만든 음악들임을 여러 트랙들에서 느낄 수 있었다. 개인적으로 John Bush의 보컬은 아주 훌륭하다고 생각하며, 2번과 9번 트랙 등은 John Bush 시대의 Anthrax를 대표할 수 있는 곡들이라고 생각한다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 밴드는 아주 고군분투하며 연주하지만 듣는 사람 입장에서 도무지 흥이 솟아나지 않는 부분들이 꽤 많았음은 아쉽다.

곡배치를 참 잘했다고 생각하는 앨범이다. 1번부터 9번까지.
