여전히 극한의 나락으로 떨어지는 듯한 테크니컬 데스메탈을 들려주는 Ulcerate의 정규 4집. 이쯤되면 악곡 구성이 바뀔 법도 한데, 밴드는 전혀 그럴 생각이 없어 보인다. 어둡고 뒤틀려 있는 리프와 둔탁한 드러밍, 메슈가를 연상케 하는 보컬리스트의 저음 그로울링이 지속적으로 반복되는 가운데 가끔씩 완급조절이 들어가는 형태이다. 6번트랙 Fall to Opprobrium이 그러한 교각 역할을 해내고 있으며, 그외에는 전작들의 분위기를 그대로 답습하고 있다고 해도 과언이 아닐만큼 한결같은 음악성을 유지하고 있다. 무엇보다도 밴드의 음악이 그리 쉽게 들리지 않고 지루함을 느끼기에 충분함에도 불구하고 상당한 중독성을 발휘한다는 것.
