Kanaďania Anvil sú na hudobnej scéne od roku 1981, pričom niektoré albumy v minulosti boli podarenejšie, niektoré menej, avšak ich štýl hudby a sila piesní sa nikdy nedala zrovnávať so špičkou žánru. Novinka "One and Only" patrí skôr k ich slabším v diskografii, pričom piesne sú počúvateľné, no nenadchnú žiadnym výrazným nápadom a ani spevom. Ich štýl je jednotvárny, akoby Heavy Metal -ový AC/DC.
