It is not an 'easy to grasp' release because it is full of experimental elements that encompass everything from grindcore, death metal, doom, jazz, and even some progressive rock, ensuring that listeners are in for a wild and challenging experience."

"This album would be the optimum answer for the seekers who are looking for something weird and chaotic. This album is a landmark opus drawn based on progressive metal, metalcore and math metal with a banquet of bombarded technical playing. Apart from the fantastic technicality, the two different vocal styles employed by SikTh in this album sound fascinating, making this album sound more interesting. To conclude, this album is one of my all-time favourites."

미스테리 출신의 기타리스트 안회태가 참여했다며 발매당시 광고가 대단했던 톡식스마일. 2000년도에 독일에서 오리지널 발매된 작품인데 안회태를 참여시키며 2001년 국내발매용으로 새로이 녹음하고 커버아트도 변경한 것 같다. 본작에서 안회태의 연주는 Owner of a lonely heart(Yes cover), Daydream에서만 감상이 가능(하지만 트윈기타체제라 어느 부분이 정확히 안회태 연주구간인지는 모르겠음). 전체적으로 격렬함과 변화무쌍함을 느끼기는 어려운 프록이지만 8번곡 The crown은 괜찮게 들음. 본작의 백미(?!)는 장편 Arirang.
