85-90 전작에 이어 Joseph Williams의 리드보컬이다.( 1, 2, 4–9, 11, 12), 3,10은 스티브 루카서의 보컬. 린다 론스태드가 6번의 백킹 보컬을 맡고 있다. 이 앨범 타이틀곡은 일본반이나 일부 컴필에만 들어가 있다. 조셉의 목소리는 예전 바비 킴벌과는 참 많이 다른데 파워넘치는 조지 마이클이라고나 할까 이번에 들으면서 좀 많이 끌리게 되었다.
