One of the band's best albums. It has striking tracks such as beyond oblivion and the heart from your hate. It mixes melody and weight well, it's a great album.

Si, no está mal. Vuelven a la esencia, pero se me queda más corto que el Shogun o el Ascendancy, pero este parece el camino correcto para Trivium.

잠깐 쉬어가는 앨범. Trivium 앨범마다 고유의 아드레날린 부스트 아우라가 있었는데 여기선 그 흥을 느끼기 너무 어렵다. 차분함을 유지하며 고개 끄덕이게 만든 전작이 테마면에선 더 낫다는게 나의 소견.

긴장감도 떨어지고 너무 밋밋하다. 디스토션 걸린 일렉기타에 더블베이스 드러밍, 그리고 스크리밍이 있다고 메탈이 아니다. 전작보다 나아지려는 모습은 보였으나, 작곡 능력에 한계가 온게 아닐까싶다. 그나마 건진건 8번트랙.

A good combination between their old thrash style and modern core-ness. It's kinda prolonging like their previous albums but okay, it's listenable though. Also, cheers to the new drummer.

멜로딕 코어 앨범 중에서 그나마 대중적으로나 음악성측면으로나 두루 겸비한 앨범 같다. 기타솔로부분에서 브리지 부분을 좀 넣었으면 했는데 막바로 메인으로 들어간 부분들이 아쉽긴 하다.

신선함은 없지만 상당부분 예전 모습으로 되돌아가고자 하는 의도가 엿보인다. 곡들 자체를 놓고봐도 준수한건 물론이며, Alex Bent라는 신예 괴물드러머의 가세로 듣는 재미를 더했다. 아직 멤버들의 나이가 그리 많지 않음을 고려하면 초기에 비해 옅어져버린 공격성은 아쉬운 점으로 볼 수도 있겠다.

헤비메탈, 코어등 다양한 방식의 구성과 정곡을 찌르는 뛰어난 멜로디! 어느것 하나 부족함이 없다. 2017년에 발매된 앨범중 최고의 앨범중 하나로 봐도 손색이 없다.
