1993년 Tokyo에서 결성하여 밀리니엄 세기를 여는 2000년에 발매한 두번째앨범.. 이도저도 아닌 방향성을 갖고서 보컬인 Akira를 앞세우고서 자비로 발매한 1집 이후 2년여간 절치부심끝에 발매를 하고 자국에서 나름대로 인정받기 시작한 앨범이다.이 앨범서부터 2018년발매한 5집까지 쭈욱 같은 주제로 달리고 있다..(물론 중간중간 각자 솔로및 프로젝트그룹 활동으로 공백은 길었지만..)이제는 불혹을 훌쩍넘긴 나이들이지만 여전히 전성기때의 파워를 보여주고 있다.모든곡들의 구성이 깔끔해졌고 Japan Pawer메틀의 기승전결을 답습하며 나름 괜찮은 앨범이라 생각된다. 이 앨범서부터 Akira의 범상치않은 보컬의기교를 느낄 수 있다..개인적으로 깔끔하게 녹음상태를 다듬은 리마스터 앨범을 기대한다...
