Great chorus from "Heavy Metal Maniac", but I think that's it. Good song, but a little repetitive and like the other speed metal songs on the album.
Great riff from "Iron Dogs", which makes you travel in the groove.
A good ballad starts with "Blackwitch" and the cadence, but the weight dynamics in the song's progression are great. An incredible song, probably the best on the album along with "Iron Dogs".
The other songs don't make an impact like these three. “Under Attack” also brings a good vibe, but still a little better than usual. "Rising of the Dead" is good too.
Ultimately, this is a good album given the context of the time. It was one of, if not the first, speed metal album. So evaluating it now is a bit unfair, because at the time that's what they had to do, and they do a good job being pioneers in the genre. An album good enough to change the course of heavy metal at the time.
