Similar style to Audioslave & Soundgarden. The singer has maybe 60% of Chris Cornell's vocal ability, but even 40% is a good singer. Very high quality song-writing, and the somewhat lo-fi sound is every bit as perfect as that wonderful album cover. It has symphonic parts here and there, but a lot of it is straight black metal, or BM with some synth in the mix.   Jun 29, 2023

First of all, that cover art's style and quite high level of execution just make me so happy. The music starts off with a great style (not surprising because these guys are veterans from other well-established acts), but then track 6 comes in and fills me with energy - definitely the highlight. It's a real mix of sub-genres; mostly straight BM & depressive, but a little folk, a little atmospheric, and some parts are quite raw. For me, it's all good but not great. The 1st track doesn't feel like it should be on a full album by this masterful band, it just doesn't have enough of a point. Also, the album would be better with a little trimming; there's a song that takes way too long to end. A lof of Norwegian BM albums came out in the last couple of months, and this one is maintaining the high level of quality. I loved the confessional hardcore punk feeling of the vocals. With this style, you can actually hear the singer's accent, so it helps bring you to Scotland and make the music more specific and real in a way. I think a lot of hipsters like this one. 95-100 2024년까지 나온 오케스트라와의 협연 음반 모든 것을 통틀어 최고다. 다 어설픈 편곡때문에 그냥 원곡 듣고 말지 라는 생각이 드는 반면 이 음반은 최소 제대로 만들어진 영화음악 하나 들었다 할 정도로 편곡자체가 매우 잘 되어 밴드와 오케스트라가 제대로 융화 예상과 달리 스튜디오로 앨범을 냈지만 dvd 2disc를 사면 라이브 시디가 포함되어 있는 듯 하다.   3 days ago

훌륭한 데뷰. 1집을 꼭 사야 할까라는 생각으로 살다가 이제야 얻어걸린 느낌으로 사게 되었다. 물론 1집을 필수라고 여기지 않았지만 후회도 없다. 보컬이 멤버들보다 나이가 10여살 많은 걸로 기억하고 게디리의 좀 더 듣기 좋은 버전이라고 생각이 든다. 다만 믹싱이 마음에 들지 않아서 살짝 밋밋하다. 보컬과 드럼이 살짝 뒤로 간 느낌.리믹스가 절실하나 과연?   Nov 7, 2024
