This is not an ordinary album and the album is underrated This album made one of the greatest death metal albums in history It was excellent in every way Technical and Aggressive album to a high degree and also Complex He made really great Riffs and pretty much Groovy Glen Benton's singing was legendary and excellent and he knows where to use his voice and when to sing Jack Owen and Ralph playing together was one of the funnest things to hear on this album They did a great and harmonious playing on this album Steve's drumming was perfect He knows where to drum and when to use any element of his drum And very beautifully and harmoniously I loved this album very much and consider it one of the best albums I have ever heard in my life

3년만에 돌아왔지만 그 결과는 참담하였다. Hoffman 형제와의 불화의 결과는 The Stench Of Redemption 부터 계속되었다. Till Death Do Us Part 의 Doom 적인 요소를 대폭 수용한 것은 좋은 현상이었다. 그렇지만 이번에는 2006년 作의 사운드로 회귀하였다. 90's Golden Deicide 는 이제 절대로 돌아올 수 없다는게 이번 음반에서 분명하게 보여준다. 현재 Deicide 는 과거의 Deicide, Cannibal Corpse, Sepultura, Obituary 의 사운드가 뒤엉켜 전통적 Brutal 은 희석되고 테크닉만 난무한 상황이다. Jack Owen 과 Ralph Santolla 와의 응집이 잘 되지 않는다는 반증일 것이다. 조금의 Deicide 를 느끼게 해주는 Steve Asheim 에게 감사할 뿐이다.
PS : Hoffman 형제도 Century Media 와 계약되어있던데 혹여나 Benton 과 마주칠 일 있으면 서로 타협하고 과거의 Golden Deicide 로 부활되기를 바란다.

그냥저냥 무난한 작품이다 초기작처럼 미친듯이 살벌하고 사악한것도 아니고 Stench of Redemption 시절만큼 멜로디가 뛰어난것도 아니고 디어사이드 이름값치고 별 특색이 없다

이제 Hoffman 형제들이 그닥 그립지가 않다. The Stench of Redemption에서 Jack Owen의 기타에 매료되었기 때문에... 개인적으로 전작보다 더 좋다. 산만한 느낌이 강하지만 말이다.

여전히 자신의 이름값은 하는 것 같다. 블라스트 드러밍을 작살나게 터뜨려주거나, 양 기타에서 나오는 리프들로 쉼 없이 난도질하는 거는 여전한데, 의외의 여유가 느껴진다.

Stench of Redemption을 좋아하는 나로서는 대단히 흡족한 앨범. 랄프만 기타솔로하는게 역시 낫다. 맨끝곡의 멜로디는 정말 왠만한 멜데쓰보다도 좋다.
