HOST 2탄으로 출시할 계획이었으나 EMI 레코드사의 끈질긴 요구로 타협점을 잡아 억지스럽게 락앨범으로 완성된 작품이다. 자켓과 속지는 성의 없지만 밴드 특유의 작품성은 있기에 곡들을 들어보면 마치 씹을수록 맛이 나는 음식과도 같은 앨범이다. 심심한 빵에 건포도, 크림,단밤이 든 것처럼 속속들이 맛나는 트랙들이 있다. 락적인 요소가 살려준 앨범이다.
