403포비드나('연구실 403호실'이라는 밴드명도 쓰인다)는 자국에서 인기있는 장르인 유로비트와 '메로스피'(멜로딕 스피드 메탈)을 주로 연주하는 일본의 인디 그룹으로, 영어로 가사를 쓴 몇몇 노래가 인터넷 상에서 인기를 얻은 바 있다. 정규 앨범 2개를 낸 것과 트위터 활동, 그 외엔 이렇다할 국제적 활동이 없는 일개 인디 밴드인 이들이 국제적인 명성을 얻게 된 계기는 바로 애니메이션 UCC 'Nightmare City'에서 그들의 노래인 Southern Cross와 Northern Lights가 BGM으로 쓰인 덕분. 어쨌거나 이 앨범에는 Southern Cross, Norther Lights, Blaze of Life 등 파워메탈 곡 외에도 앞에서 언급한 바 있는 유로비트라거나, 발라드. 심지어는 힙합까지, 다양한 색채를 보여준다.
