Doom Riff Paradise in worship of Tony Iommi, so obviously after even a few seconds. The singer is pretty good, but I hope on a future album he hones his vocal skills even more so he can match with these gorgeous sounding instruments. Overall still a very good listen.   Oct 9, 2022

Wow, seeing the cover, I did not expect this level of deep aching melancholy. Great composing. One little complaint is that there are some high pitched sounds that are too loud and actually hurt to listen to, so I have to turn the volume down lower than I want to for that song, but that doesn't stop me from enjoying this monumentally sad music. Very good, and it seems this is a brand new artist. Track 4 the slow hypnotizing kind of black metal is nowhere near the level of power and emotion as the other songs in my opinion. This bunch definitely knows what makes black metal great. Also, their virtuosity seems somewhat better than average. It has fury and a very nice flow as well. Played in the pagan style and with some acoustic or clean guitars integrated in a very natural way. Also, I don't know if they guarantee that the lady on the cover plays any instruments on the album.   Oct 9, 2022

Black metal is so dependably good. For this album I don't find anything jump out as great. The screaming is pretty good, but I'm left wishing it had more variety. So many Polish BM vocalists are surly 100% of the time, and that's not my fixation in particular.   Oct 9, 2022

I really got into the groove with this one and played a 2nd time immediately. I'll give it a 90 but I'm considering it really close to 95, seeing as I liked it even more than Arctic Thunder. Respect to Darkthrone for coming out with very good material even this far into their career.   Oct 9, 2022

I can't quite enjoy this album. The doominess is so loose and spaced apart. I think a lot of people don't listen to doom because they feel all doom is like that, but for me, I have that complaint about this album in particular. 어쿠스틱 기타, 첼로, 플루트 등을 이용하여 녹음한 어쿠스틱 사운드의 작품이다. 그러나 표현하고자 하는 사운드의 방향성 자체는 무겁고 진지하다. 멜로디가 약간 서늘한 냉기를 품고 있다. 더운 여름에 들으면 시원함을 느낄 수도 있지만 대체로 가을의 분위기에 잘 어울린다. 커버아트와 음악의 매칭이 절묘하다.   Nov 4, 2024

95-100 2024년까지 나온 오케스트라와의 협연 음반 모든 것을 통틀어 최고다. 다 어설픈 편곡때문에 그냥 원곡 듣고 말지 라는 생각이 드는 반면 이 음반은 최소 제대로 만들어진 영화음악 하나 들었다 할 정도로 편곡자체가 매우 잘 되어 밴드와 오케스트라가 제대로 융화 예상과 달리 스튜디오로 앨범을 냈지만 dvd 2disc를 사면 라이브 시디가 포함되어 있는 듯 하다.   3 days ago

훌륭한 데뷰. 1집을 꼭 사야 할까라는 생각으로 살다가 이제야 얻어걸린 느낌으로 사게 되었다. 물론 1집을 필수라고 여기지 않았지만 후회도 없다. 보컬이 멤버들보다 나이가 10여살 많은 걸로 기억하고 게디리의 좀 더 듣기 좋은 버전이라고 생각이 든다. 다만 믹싱이 마음에 들지 않아서 살짝 밋밋하다. 보컬과 드럼이 살짝 뒤로 간 느낌.리믹스가 절실하나 과연?   Nov 7, 2024
