"The musical evolution in this album is colossal. By far this album is superior to their previous works which sound meaninglessly repetitive with a lack of idea about how to orchestrate noise and dark ambience into an organised musical form. The proficient use of post-metal style guitar tones and arrangements in this album is just phenomenal, which perfectly crafted the harrowing atmosphere of this album. It is a shame that this band split up after releasing this awesome work."

Bad company의 작품은 데뷔작이 대체로 최고의 평을 받는데 반해 이후에 발매되는 작품들은 점점 하락세라는 평을 받는 듯 한데 아마 데뷔작에서 보여줬던 밴드색이 너무 일관적으로 유지되어 다채로움을 느끼기 힘들어서인지도 모르겠다. 그렇다해도 본작을 단독으로 감상해보면 롹큰롤의 그 흥과 블루지한 연주가 충분히 매력적이라는 생각.

정제가 덜된 그들의 라이브와 데모음원들이 cd2에 모여 있는데 다른 일을 하면서 듣다보면 그 현장감과 프리함이 너무 좋다.
