이 앨범을 음반샵에서 처음 손에 쥐었던 20대중반쯤, CD케이스였지만 커버아트의 웅장함에 반해 어떤 음악일지 궁금해 돌아오는 버스안에서 허겁지겁 비닐포장을 뜯고 휴대용 쏘니 씨디플레이어에 걸었던게 아련히 떠오른다. 2집, 3집에서는 뚜껑열자마자 터져나오는 맛이 있었는데 본작의 느낌은 약~간 다른 방향에서 훅이 날아 들어오는 느낌이였다. 오랜만에 다시 들어보니 전방위적인 훅에 온몸이 얼얼하다. 진정 멋찌다.
