요즘에 모터헤드를 쭈욱 편하게 들어보고 있다.
듣다 보니 익숙한 멜로디가 나와서 잠깐 위키를 켜봤다.
6번 트랙은 오지, 잭와일드, 레미의 공동작곡으로 오지의 no more tears (91년도)에 실린 곡이다.
그리고 두 곡을 제외하고는 타미 앨드리지가 드럼을 쳤다는 것도 눈여겨봐야 할 듯 하다.
아마도 이때 필 테일러의 행보가 불안해서 팀내에서 경고를 받다가 한곡만을 녹음 후 짤린 듯 하다.
외부 세션들이 많았던 앨범이기에 좀 더 정확히 알려주기 위해 리뷰쪽으로 글 남깁니다.

한 트랙씩 뜯어보면 매력적인데 또 모아놓고 덩어리로 보자니 전작들과 크게 다른 점 없는것 같기도하고, 그렇다고 그게 구리다는 것은 아니고, 그렇습니다. 매서운 템포로 내달리는 곡들이 과감하게도 대폭 사라져있다는것이 특징. 5번에서는 쓸쓸한 모터헤드식 발라드를 만끽할수있어 좋았습니다. 오지에게도 주었던 6번도 매력 있습니다. 구식 록큰롤 맛으로!

A little bit of experimentation in places, but otherwise very generic Motorhead.

빡샌음악 하는밴드라고 해서 처음 구입해 들었던 앨범. 당시에는 slayer꽂혀있어서 음악이 별로 귀에 들어오지않았다. 데스메탈도 안듣던시절이라 레미의 가래끓는 허스키한 목소리도 부담스러웠구.hellraiser만 기억에남는다.
