Druhé album "Dreamweaver" od angličanov Sabbat naďalej pokračuje v Thrash Metal -ovej tvrdosti, rýchlosti a aj agresii, ale celkovo album spestrili rôznymi novými postupmi a čiastočne aj Power Metal -ovými prvkami. Dá sa povedať, že už na tomto albume sa Martin Walkyier prejavil snahou o rozšírenie hudobného prejavu a žánru, ktoré neskôr rozšíril vo svojej novej kapele Skyclad (hlavne prvé album nieslo ešte prvky Martinovej minulosti). Album má na dobu vydania výborný zvuk (na remasterovanej verzii zvuk ešte zosilnel a zhutnel), pekne počujete zvuk hutných gitár, basy a bicích, ako aj typický spev Walkyer -a: tvrdý, chlapský, no zrozumiteľný, mierne zachrýpnutý a čiastočne aj melodický. Má svoj štýl spevu, ktorý sa k hudbe výborne hodí a je originálny. Ďalším poznávacím prvkom albumu sú tvrdé, ale aj pestré gitary Andy -ho Sneap -a (neskôr veľmi známeho producenta). Naozaj hudba "šľape", ale pritom vďaka pestrosti nenudí. Chalani do jednotlivých piesní vložili rôzne krátke intrá (včelí roj), akustické gitary, ženský spev, ľudové prvky, pričom čo je hlavné, Thrash Metal hraje stále prim. Výborné album.

"Mourning Has Broken" is not nearly as bad as some old Sabbat fans have said, but after listening to the album, I can understand why they are/were disappointed. It is an overlooked chapter in band's history, since the stylistic and vocal change was too marked after the previous two excellent albums.

나중에야 알았지만, 명 프로듀서 앤디스닙의 밴드이고, 여기에서 파생된 밴드가 Skyclad 라는 사실을 알고 매우 놀랬습니다.
