2006년작 Super Colossal 앨범 발매후 진행된 라이브 현장으로 주로 Super Colossal의 곡들과 그 사이사이에 이전 히트곡들이 포진되어 있다. 그중에서도 Surfing With the Alien의 곡들이 많이 선정되어 있는데 골고루 베스트 음반격으로 다양한 앨범의 곡이 선정되지 않은것이 오히려 신선하다. 발매된 앨범을 존중하고 다른 라이브 앨범과도 너무 겹치는것을 피하려는 의도도 보인다. 물론 고정팬들을 위한 히트곡의 일환으로 Surfing With the Alien의 곡들이 많이 포함되었지만.. 라이브 앨범이지만 연주를 듣다보면 그냥 정규 앨범을 듣는 기분이다. 너무 깔끔하고 완벽한 연주에 애들립도 그리 많지는 않은듯해서 오히려 아쉽기도 하다. 너무 완벽한 라이브 앨범은 정규 앨범과 다를바 없기에 느끼는 허무함? ^^; 그래도 중간중간 관중들의 환호성이 들리기는 하지만 DVD가 있다면 동영상을 봐야 더 재미가 있을것 같다.
