전작 이후로 Metal 사운드를 잔뜩 흡수해서 나온 네번째 정규앨범으로 Thrash Riff의 차용과 훨씬 Rhythmical한 세션, 기괴하며 날이 선 Guitar 연주 그리고 분위기에 녹아드는 광기가 깃든 Vocal이 도드라진다. Programming을 떡칠한 사운드라도 분위기를 잘 살려내면 이렇게 훌륭한 사운드를 낼 수 있구나 하며 생각이 들 정도로 Ministry가 후대 밴드에게 영감을 많이 끼치게 해주었다.
Ministry보다 먼저 Thrash Riff를 차용한 밴드는 이미 있었지만 영향을 끼치거나 Thrash Metal이 당시 Mainstream이었기 때문에 충분히 먼저 나온 Industrial Metal 밴드의 영향력과는 다르게 Thrash Metal의 영향을 받아 이러한 사운드를 표방하지 않았을까 하는 생각이 들었다.
첫 Industrial Metal로 입문하기에 좋은 앨범으로 상당히 접근성이 좋을 정도로 Beat와 Rhythm 위주의 구성이라 귀에 잘 들어오며 중독성이 강하다.

A lot of really good ideas and unique aspects to this album that were groundbreaking at the time. Probably most later Industrial Metal bands used this thing as a blueprint.
