Dont call that masterpiece a "Melodic Death", say its a good and intelligent Death Metal with some gay tendencies, but do not kill the whole package calling it "Melodic"

초창기에는 Doom/Death Metal 스러운 측면이 많았음. 좀 지루한 편이고 아직까지는 자신만의 매력을 갖추지 못하고 있음.

2집과 함께 잘 만들었지만 이국적정서가 너무 강해 잘 안 듣게 된다. 오히려 좀 더 듣기쉬워지고 강함과 그로울링이 남아있는 3집과 함께 전혀 다른 형태의 데스인 캐니벌콥스를 즐겨듣게 된다.

후기작만 들어와서 굉장히 신선한 면모를 볼수있었고 리프는 날때부터 천상계엿다는걸 알수잇었다

신화적, 에픽한 멜로디를 적극적으로 표현하는 리프가 두드러지는 앨범. 이런식으로 멜로딕한 리프를 연속적으로 전개하는 경우 쉽게 질리는 물건을 만드는 경우가 많은데 이 앨범은 그것을 구조적으로 극복했다.
