I'm giving this a so-so 75, but it should be 85 or so. The singer decreases the value of the music. I wish they would get a new singer or just skip vocals altogether. The doomgaze & post elements of the composition are just fantastic, and there's a bit of sludge influence that works nicely as well. In the end, it could be better.   Oct 29, 2024

This became a major reward for my efforts to get a feel for the doomgaze micro-genre (which might become robust enough to drop the micro at some point). The singer gives us real master-class vocals done in very refined taste. This isn't some shallow pop star though; it's a real band playing songs they care a great deal about. Some of us might think the 'gaze' genres are too soft, but I found a great balance of heavy moments, and I absolutely loved the whole thing.   Oct 29, 2024

I find it hard to comprehend how Silhouette makes their music so beautiful. If anything, this is better than their 2021 album, which just boggles my mind. Now I think I hear some Amesoeurs influence in how the male vocals are a bit post-punk or hardcore punk. A major disappointment for me. They switched to metalcore with breakdowns and rambling compositions that don't take full advantage of Melissa's vocal abilities. Actually, the harsh vocals feel awkward and out of place. With the clean vocals, it seems like they're trying to cut into Billie Eilish's fanbase, but they surely won't because everything on this album is very forced and weak. Aethyrick is one of my favorite recent artists, and I really should be catching up with Marras's work. Aethyrick's songs are all as good as I expect, even though I expect a lot. 어쿠스틱 기타, 첼로, 플루트 등을 이용하여 녹음한 어쿠스틱 사운드의 작품이다. 그러나 표현하고자 하는 사운드의 방향성 자체는 무겁고 진지하다. 멜로디가 약간 서늘한 냉기를 품고 있다. 더운 여름에 들으면 시원함을 느낄 수도 있지만 대체로 가을의 분위기에 잘 어울린다. 커버아트와 음악의 매칭이 절묘하다.   Nov 4, 2024

90-95. 이 시기의 블가 앨범들은 다 좋은 듯. hansi의 보컬을 더 느끼고 싶어서 사모으기 시작한 앨범인데 그렇다고 나랑 맞는 음악을 하는 밴드가 아닐 수 있었지만 지금까지 몇번들어본 결과는 만족스러운 행진 중이다. the eldar같은 곡은 지금의 나에게는 최고의 곡. 인트로+본곡 같은 스타일로 중복이 되는데 큰 단점같지는 않다. 조화롭게 잘 넘어갔다.   Nov 8, 2024

95-100 2024년까지 나온 오케스트라와의 협연 음반 모든 것을 통틀어 최고다. 다 어설픈 편곡때문에 그냥 원곡 듣고 말지 라는 생각이 드는 반면 이 음반은 최소 제대로 만들어진 영화음악 하나 들었다 할 정도로 편곡자체가 매우 잘 되어 밴드와 오케스트라가 제대로 융화 예상과 달리 스튜디오로 앨범을 냈지만 dvd 2disc를 사면 라이브 시디가 포함되어 있는 듯 하다.   2 days ago

훌륭한 데뷰. 1집을 꼭 사야 할까라는 생각으로 살다가 이제야 얻어걸린 느낌으로 사게 되었다. 물론 1집을 필수라고 여기지 않았지만 후회도 없다. 보컬이 멤버들보다 나이가 10여살 많은 걸로 기억하고 게디리의 좀 더 듣기 좋은 버전이라고 생각이 든다. 다만 믹싱이 마음에 들지 않아서 살짝 밋밋하다. 보컬과 드럼이 살짝 뒤로 간 느낌.리믹스가 절실하나 과연?   Nov 7, 2024
