The best of the blackout year albums, I actually think this is one of my favorite Alice albums ever. Nov 12, 2021

This was one of the four Blackout year albums before Alice cleaned up for good so he doesn't remember recording this album. This is a quirky fun album. Probably my least favorite of the Blackout years (I like those albums) but it has some good moments. Nov 12, 2021

This was actually the beginning of Alice's comeback and there are some good songs on here like Crawlin' and The World Needs Guts. The only thing that keeps it from being a masterpiece is the use of drum machines. I would like to hear it remastered with actual drums. Nov 12, 2021

This put the Coop back at the top of the charts where he belongs. The songs here are good fun straight up hard rock. Nov 12, 2021

One of my favorite Alice albums. I actually think this is superior to his more popular Trash album. If you are fans of hair metal you need this one. Nov 12, 2021

This is the followup to the previous year's Brutal Planet album. While not quite as good as Brutal Planet, it is still heavy but a little more diverse. Some good stuff here and needed in your collection. Nov 12, 2021

This album is very underrated. It is raw sounding, aggressive in a lot of spots and Alice's vocals are straight on. Nov 12, 2021

I love the Coop but frankly this is one of my least favorite Alice albums. The concept is great and Alice vocally sounds great but the production is what ruins this album. The mix is surprisingly poor here. Don't get me wrong, it has a few good moments but probably his worst album in many years. Nov 12, 2021

This seems to be a polarizing album among Alice fans. I personally love it. While it technically is a sequel to his classic, Welcome To My Nightmare album, I actually think this has more in common with his Goes To Hell album. A lot of fun songs on here and Alice sounds great! Nov 12, 2021

This album actually is more diverse than people realize with a lot of it going back to his old school roots. There are some really strong songs on here but while good Alice has done better. Nov 12, 2021

This is from one of my favorite Alice tours. The song selection and the theatrics of this show is amazing. Alice had been touring a lot when this was filmed so his voice while good as usual is not quite up to his usual standards though he still sounds great. Nov 12, 2021

Alice's heaviest album. This bad boy rocks. It is heavy and the lyrics are very thought provoking. One of my favorites. Nov 12, 2021

Special Forces came out during what Alice has called his Blackout Years. He recorded four albums during the early 80's he doesn't really remember. He came back a few years later cleaned up permanently and still rocks today. This album is fun. Not his best but there is some hard rocking stuff on here and not a bad album but with Alice you expect more than good, because this man is great! Nov 12, 2021

A very solid live album that is superior to the Alice Cooper Show live album. The playing is strong, Alice sounds great, and there is one new studio track called Is Anyone Home? Nov 12, 2021

One of Alice's hardest rocking albums. The second half of RYFAY is a metal masterpiece and great guitar playing by Kane Roberts who is a very underrated guitarist. Nov 12, 2021

Probably my second favorite Alice album ever. Not his hardest rocking but maybe his best lyrics (or Brutal Planet) Nov 12, 2021

This album is a tribute to the city of Detroit which is kind of the home of U.S. hard rock. Really good album. Nov 12, 2021

7 days ago

6 days ago

To be honest, I think "Dream Evil" is a great album! The songs are entertaining, the production is brilliant and Dio, of course Dio is Dio. Definitely underrated, highly recommend! Jan 6, 2025

Parkway hasn't released a good album in 12 (nearly 13) years, this just continues their streak of bad albums. The bands capable of doing better which makes this all the more confusing and unfortunate. Jan 13, 2025
