I do like this album, don't get me wrong... But I can't give this a higher rating... Music that is straightforward is easier to rate, but many different sorts of instruments are taking part into the album as whole, makes it harder to focus on... Wasn't overly wowed by it... I just feel that it was more symphonic-based more than anything else, other things lacked a bit, hard to follow everything.   Sep 7, 2016

I feel that this is basically anything, and everything I'm looking for in terms of the black metal sound, almost always. These guys are a modern day black metal band, with a lot old school vibes, also, they feature a modern day, clear production, which is a nice twist. I do still very much enjoy lo-fi black metal, but like I said, it's a nice twist for once. Very, very solid sound.   Sep 5, 2016

90-95 개인적으로 이들의 앨범 중 제일 좋았다. I도 물론 좋았지만 말이다. 앨범커버부터 너무나도 스잔한 겨울같아서 좋고 음악도 서정성 대폭발이라서 대만족. 뒷커버에 각 운율의 마지막의 한자 설 화 영 운 풍 엽 이라고 적었고 시디를 걷어내고 볼 수 있는 곳에 時라고 적혀있다. 정말 동양적 선율 만들겠다고 많은 생각을 했다는게 느껴진다   Dec 16, 2024

여전히 Opeth는 Opeth입니다. Ghost 앨범을 기점으로 서서히 희석되기 시작한 데스메탈의 색채가 거의 20여년의 시간을 지나 다시 돌아왔습니다. 간단히 비교하자면 In Cauda Venenum 앨범에 Watershed 스타일을 한 스푼 넣은듯합니다 10집 이후부터 보여준 아트 록 적인 Opeth의 음악과 Damnation 앨범 이후의 스타일이 조화로이 엮여진 여전히 Opeth 라는 이름에 걸맞는 작품입니다.   Nov 30, 2024

80-90 크로스오버 스래쉬 밴드는 많이 갖고 있지 않은데 이 밴드는 좀 더 날카로운 면이 많은 듯. 2008~2011년도부터 리마스터본에 plague ep가 더 들어가는데 2011년도 버전은 odeon 라이브에서 일부 곡을 더 넣어줘서 총 24곡이 들어간다. 앨범 타이틀이 game over이지만 game over는 이 앨범에 들어가지 않는다   Dec 4, 2024

90-95 비교는 안해봤지만 리마스터본 음질은 그러려니 할 정도는 충분히 됨. 10은 1집곡을 1990년에 리레코딩한 것. 5번도 좋고 6번도 좋고 전작에 비해 좀 더 귀에 확실히 박히는 곡들이 많다. 짧은 시간내에 많은 내공을 그래도 올렸다고 생각한다. 기타가 베이스까지 친듯 하나 1집멤버 이름으로 올라가 있다(92년까지 paul은 라이브만 adreas가 스튜디오 베이스 연주)   Dec 8, 2024

In the original Godzilla movie, the oxygen destroyer is a key item for the main characters, and it leads directly to the most emotional aspect of the film, at its end. This band deserves to be associated with whatever is best about the Godzilla franchise, because their music is powerful, energetic, and full of dank & gripping moods.
