원맨 밴드의 Nattramn는 Suicidal Black Metal 밴드 Silencer의 Vocal이었다. 그는 Silencer 활동 중 소녀에게 도끼를 휘둘렀다는 소문 아닌 일로 정신병원에 들어가서 만든 원맨밴드다.(정신병원에 들어가자마자 Silencer도 해체됐다) 뭐 Silencer 음악만 들어도 이게 무슨 미친놈 목소린가 싶기도 한데 Diagnose: Lebensgefahr에서는 정신병원에 있으면서 생겼던 스트레스나 복잡한 감정을 앨범에 다 표현했다고 보는 게 맞는데 솔직히 평가하자면 정신병자 음악이 확실한 것 같다. 마지막 트랙 마지막 부분에서 절규하는 목소리는 자신의 현재 모습을 잘 나타낸 것 같다.
