상업적으로 완숙기에 접어든 스트라이퍼. 음악적인 진행만 보면 이전 앨범과 큰 차이점은 없지만 멜로디 메이커로써의 스트라이퍼는 이제 아무곳에나 명함을 뿌려도 먹힐 수준이 된 듯하다. 마이클의 보컬은 여전히 영롱하며 김경호가 반할만하다.
1988년 길거리 테이프에서 in god we trust 를 듣고 이듬해에 바로 지른 기억이 나네요. 지금도 잘 모시고 있습니다. 참고로 1989년 스트라이퍼 내한공연도 봤습니다. 그게 아마도 국내 최초의 메탈밴드 공연이었을겁니다.

그 공연이 89년이였나 보네요.전 그때 중2, 시골에서 흙파먹던 시절이다보니 현장공연관람은 꿈도 못꿀 시기네요.ㅎㅎ 그때 그런 라이브를 보셨다니 대단하고 부럽습니다. ^^b

당시에는 내한공연이 많지도 않은 시기였기에 지금은 없어진 정동 문화체육관에서 하는것이 일반적이었습니다. 자세히는 기억이 안나나 아마도 입장료가 15000원이었던것으로 기억됩니다. 당시 서울 시내버스비가 140원이었던걸 감안하면 싼가격은 아니었지요.
