스웨덴출신 멜로딕 둠/고딕메틀밴드 Draconian 의 정규데뷔작이다. 청아하면서도 차분한 여성보컬과 사악한 그로울링의 조합이라는 전형적인 틀 안에서 자신들만의 무엇인가를 보여주기 위해 노력한 흔적이 보이는 앨범이다. 선배 밴드들이 했던 방식을 그대로 쫓아가긴 하지만, 남성보컬의 비중이 여성보컬에 못지않다는 점과 멜로디메이킹과 템포조절능력이 탁월하다는 점에서는 이들만의 개성이 잘 나타나 있다고 생각한다. 곡 중간중간에 갑자기 템포가 바뀌는 등 약간 어색한 부분이 있긴하지만 전체적으로 봤을때는 우울,고독,슬픔 등의 감정이 기본적으로 깔려있는 고딕,둠메틀에 충실한 음악을 들려주고 있다고 생각한다.
