독일출신 Melodic Power Metal 밴드 Blind Guardian의 세 번째 정규작 Tales From The Twilight World 으로, 초기명반으로서 높은 인기를 누리고 있다. 파워풀한 압도적인 공격력안에 멜로디컬한 사운드가 스며들어 있으며 풍부한 화음과 속도감있는 극적인 진행, 독특한 음정의 트윈기타 사운드로 여타 밴드들과는 차별화되는 이들만의 매리트를 구축하였다. 독일스런 풍취가 물씬 풍기는 Hansi Kursch의 매력이 넘치는 파워보이스는 Blind Guardian의 트래이드 마크라 할 만하다. 데뷔작에서부터 이어온 Kalle Trap가 프로듀싱을 맡고 있으며 Kai Hansen이 게스트로 보컬과 기타에 참여하기도 하였다.
