Yep. This is some satan worshipping doom, all right. My top four tracks are Hail, Satan, Worship, and Doom. Oct 16, 2015

I really don't like this album. I don't care how much this is praised, it bores the heck out of me. Oct 16, 2015

Let's be honest. The album cover's a joke. The innards, however... Oct 15, 2015

Deathcore is a genre that easily turns banal if the band fails to give each song its own distinctive taste. Even when the songs are well made. Oct 14, 2015

Awesome Heavy Metal with a palpably standing out Danzig twist. Loving Danzig's solo work as well as his Misfits stuff. Oct 14, 2015

Quality Stoner Doom stuff in the vein of Post-Dopethrone Electric Wizard. The riffs are pretty trippy and good. Oct 14, 2015

I'm digging this band soooo much, really awesome stuff right here. Love their unique musical style and weird vocals. Oct 14, 2015

¡Very impressive work! (¿This is how they do it in Español, right?) Oct 14, 2015

This is some very enjoyable war metal right here. The mid-album songs are pretty solid, containing great riffs. Oct 13, 2015

Hell never chose some kinda mediocre Deathcore album. Oct 13, 2015

More melodic compared to the first release. All in all this album is an above average work with some great vocals. It gets kinda bland though, and sometimes even a bit boring. Oct 13, 2015

One of the best Deathcore albums on my book. This is my go-to album whenever I'm craving some Deathcore. Oct 13, 2015

A very good album. What annoys the heck out of me are the clean vocals that sometimes get mixed up with harsh vocals and presented at the same time(I'm looking at you, track number three.) That excluded, this album gives one a nice Melodeath experience. Oct 11, 2015

A well-made Avant-garde Industrial Black Metal album. The plethora of labels might seem misleading, but they're all true. This album has everything mixed in one giant 50-minute bowl. Oct 11, 2015

The energy they pump out is goddamn impressive. The guitar solo on Floods is worth a million listens. Oct 10, 2015

This got me into Pantera. I really love this album, even the groovy piece "Good Friends and a Bottle of Pills" that everyone seems to hate. Classic! Oct 10, 2015

High quality Brutal Tech Death Metal. The sheer techniques they show off is enough to make your ears ransacked by dying fetuses, whatever the heck that means. Oct 10, 2015

This fucking rips ass. RIP Ass. Oct 10, 2015

One of the best Sludge Metal albums ever to be made from one of the best Sludge Metal bands ever to be born. Oct 10, 2015

Good sophomore release, continuing their sound shown on Shrouded Divine. Oct 10, 2015

Very good Prog Death Metal work, reminiscent of Opeth but more brutal in terms of sound. Takes some spins to get used to. Took me about five listens for the album to finally "make sense". Oct 10, 2015

Phallic Metal, just the way I like it. It is said that males think with their dicks. Very fitting name cause the complicated songs use up all your brain power, leaving you brutally exhausted. Oct 10, 2015

Takes a few listens to get used to all the flowing melodies. Sit through that and you'll be taken away by the amazingness. Oct 9, 2015

Full-blown Vektor-worshipping Prog Thrash Metal. This is actually some really good stuff right here. Oct 9, 2015

This album is a treacherous bridge between Tiamat's early Doom Metal sound and their later style(which they're famous for; Wildhoney says it all). And it kicks major ass. Oct 8, 2015

Gleaming with fury and rage, Hellfire has all the evilness and brutality a Black Metal album can possibly have. Damn good! Oct 8, 2015

Who knew that the evil goathead dark lordy guy was into leather stuff? He even got his nipples pierced. Apart from his appearance, the music is actually very solid Blackened Thrash Metal, as brutal as can be. Oct 7, 2015

This one, too, has some amazing album artwork that goes inbetween the clear plastic plate and the little dents on its upper and bottom sides, acting as a facade for the whole record. Oct 7, 2015

I bought this almost solely because of the amazing cover. What a great album cover! Oct 7, 2015

Mar 30, 2025

I'm pretty sure this is the best debut in history. Sonata Arctica immediately does what they do best and the result is amazing. "FullMoon" is a great song. Mar 11, 2025

Great album but not at the level of the debut in my opinion. The band tries a bit of progressive direction with pretty good results, although some songs are quite weak. The end of the album is great. Good job Sonata! Mar 11, 2025

DT caught my attention with their previous album and this one confirms my thoughts on them. I´m not so fond of their old stuffs but these 2 keep me on my feet and I will go back to them regularly. Mar 12, 2025

4 days ago

Like "Silence", only 1000 times better. The band's absolute best album. Not all the songs are masterpieces, but the best ones are incredible and the atmosphere of the album is epic. Mar 11, 2025

그 나이에 이게 데뷔앨범 이라는게 믿기지 않는다...다만 이때 모든 힘을 쏟은 것일까...ㅠ Mar 12, 2025

Probably Judas Priest's most commercially successful album, and it's extremely good. The song material is brilliant, and if we forget the existence of "Pain And Pleasure" and "Fever", it's perfect. The "Hellion/Electric Eye" duo is still one of the greatest opening tracks in metal history. The production is tuned to exactly the level that a band of this class should have. And then there's Rob Halford. Absolutely phenomenal, a top-3 Priest album for me. Mar 13, 2025

Rainbow leaves classic hard rock behind with their second album and begins to create the beginnings of the genre that would later be called power metal. The song material is practically perfect and the album features perhaps the strongest band line-up in history. The last two songs are pure masterpieces. If melodic old-school heavy metal with incredible vocal performances interests you, now you know where to look. Legendary! Mar 15, 2025
