전작인 The Gallery가 칼날처럼 날카로운, 서릿발 같은 사운드를 구사했다면 이 앨범은 비슷한 노선을 취하면서도 약간의 변화를 주었다. 어두우면서도 날 선듯한 사운드가 둔중해졌다는 느낌을 받았다. 그러나 전작에 비해서 무언가 부족하다. 전작에서 가슴을 저미는 듯한 서정성도 동시에 가지고 있었다면 이 앨범은 감수성을 자극하는 무언가가 부족하다. 그래서인지 Dark Tranquillity의 많은 작품들중에서 유난히 잘 안 듣는 앨범이 되고 말았다. 또 이 앨범의 앞뒤로 배치되어 있는 극강의 포스의 작품들에 의해 가리워진 면도 있다.
